7:00: PM – Worksession – Update on Notice of Intent filed by Transflo Terminal Services, Inc. for the redevelopment project located at the end of Walkup Drive (Map 22, Parcel 24 & Map 29, Parcel 105). Update to be provided by the Assistant Conservation Officer.
Re-issue Certificate of Compliance for DEP File # 332-654
The Commission may address other business brought before them.
